Returns Policy


If you receive any products which are incorrect, faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please notify us immediately upon receipt of the product, but no later than 3 days after you received them. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims of damages. You can notify us via Facebook, e-mail or by telephone. In this case we will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge. 

Any items which were reduced, are a special offer marked as damaged and carry a label of "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify S&B the beauty shop in writing or by email within 14 days upon receipt and return all goods in original condition. Once the return is agreed by us, you must send us the goods back within 14 days.Refunds for cancellations will be paid, once the goods are received by us, excluding the shipping costs incurred, within 5 business days.                                

For reasons of hygiene, un-sealed, opened or used products, such as mascaras, lipsticks, nail varnishes, lip gloss, creams etc. cannot be returned. All cellophane wrapping, tamper-proof seals must be in tact if an item is to be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Please use the original packaging, or equivalent, to return the items to us .

You can return items in person at our store within 14 days of receiving them. You must present the original receipt (see address below)

For returns from Greece please await our instructions for home pick-up.

Please note: Any monies refunded for products will be returned in the same manner as the payment was made. For example Cash payments will be refunded in Cash, Credit Card payments will be returned to the Credit Card the payment was made with. We will not cover return postage costs. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.

Please note that S&B the beauty shop cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect or faulty item, S&B the beauty shop will send the correct item to you free of charge, to exchange for the incorrect/damadged item with our Courier and refund postage costs (if you incurred any) as well.
